organizations, companies offering residential service to their employees,
any group of persons/businesses/organizations generating over $150 in long
distance services, etc. Also great plan for persons wanting to easily start
up their own business. To find out more information about the affinity plans:
INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE: If
you do primarily international calling, you can save approximate 18.1%
on international calls over the company's standard international rate.
For special international
rates:
DOMESTIC LONG DISTANCE: Interstate: If you do mostly interstate calls (calls you make outside your state), click on the rate from the Interstate Rate Table. If you do a little interstate calls as well as intrastate calls, usually your best bet between the two lowest plans CTS 3.0, and NOR 2.9, most of the time the CTS 3.0 plan will have the lower intrastate rate, but you can check in the intrastate table which follows the below interstate table for the best rates.

DOMESTIC LONG DISTANCE: Intrastate: If you do a mix of interstate calls (calls made outside your state) and intrastate calls (calls within your state), or mainly intrastate calls, find your state in the below table. The intrastate rate is located on your state's row. The interstate rate is listed in fuchsia color in the INTERSTATE row. Click on the rate you want. Prices are quoted in cents/minute. The NOR B column has 2 prices in the state row: the first price is the interstate rate and the second price is the intrastate rate. An N/A means that no plan is available for that state for that plan.
Above is a table of all the state's interstate and intrastate rates for all
the companies we have carefully selected to represent as Authorized Agents.
Descriptions of the companies and their plans are available by clicking here:
.
In the above table, clicking on the cents per minute intrastate rate will
take you to find out how to sign up for that company's rate. If an intrastate
rate is in bold numbers then that bold intrastate rate is the best
(or near the best) rate for calls within your state. For example, if you
live in the state of Wisconsin, look under the CTS 3.0 column in the
"Wisconsin" row and you'll see a 3.26 value. Clicking on this 3.26 will get
you the 3.26 cents/minute intrastate rate (calls you make from your phone
to another phone within the state of Wisconsin) and a 3.0 cents/minute interstate
rate (calls you make outside of Wisconsin to the other 47 contiguous states
of the USA -- see the fuchsia color 3.0
rate in the INTERSTATE row). Note however
that 5 columns to the right there is a 4.9 rate in the NOR A column
for the state of Wisconsin. If you do mainly interstate calls, the NOR
A interstate rate is 2.9 (see fuchsia
color), so you should probably choose to click on the 4.9 Wisconsin
intrastate rate (or the fuchsia 2.9
interstate rate) to get the low 2.9 interstate rate through Norcom even thought
the intrastate (in-state) rate is 1.46 cents/minute higher
than the CTS 3.0 rate. Of course if you are doing mainly in-state
calls or a split between interstate and intrastate, you should click on the
3.26 cents/minute rate in the CTS 3.0 column. You are able to select
from 11long distance plans (8 long distance companies). If you are doing
a high volume of calls (over $100), please give us a call as we can almost
always negotiate a better rate for you -- that's part of our free service
to you.
So this is how you choose a company:
All the companies in the above comparison table have on-line signup except for RSL and Norcom. These two companies require a single page simple paper form which can be either downloaded from our site, or you can give us a call and we'll email, mail, or fax you a copy.
The rates in bold are the lowest rates for all the 13 plans. You can click on any intrastate (or intrastate) rate to select that company's plan.
If you do most of your calls within your state (intrastate),
find your state in the above table and click on your
state's intrastate rate that has the lowest intrastate rate listed.
The other prices for your state that are not in bold can also be clicked
on. Remember, some plans you must be in an RBOC area. RBOC area details are
available on the company detail summary page. To review this,
If you do mostly interstate calls (zero or just a few intrastate (in-state) calls), then choose the lowest interstate rate (fuchsia color). Just click on the fuchsia color rate to sign up. For example, if you live in Connecticut and you have Verizon as your local telephone company (Verizon qualifies you for being in an RBOC area), and you want the interstate rate of 3.45 cents/minute and you don't care about the intrastate rate because you make few if any calls within Colorado, just click on the 3.45 cent/minute rate in fuchsia color in the AIR A column. You will be taken to the web page for AIR A (Airespring/Global FiberNet Communications) that has the 3.45 cents/minute interstate rate and be able to sign up on-line for long distance service. As you would not be doing much in-state calling, then you would not care that Connecticut's in-state rate at 9.4 cents/minute is higher than the in-state rate provided by RSL at 5.9 cents/minute or ALL REG's 4.8 cents/minute intrastate rates because the interstate rates are higher for both of these plans.

You have selected the company called CTS. CTS has on-line long distance telephone service signup directly on the Internet. It only takes just 2-3 minutes to fill out the service agreement form on-line and select some additional options you might like to have, like a free toll-free number or a calling card. All phones in the contiguous 48 states are eligible for this long distance service. The quoted rates in the interstate and intrastate rate charts are valid for a majority of phones in the US. Some rates may be higher due to the high interconnect fees charged by some local phone companies (usually small rural local phone companies), but you can easily check the rates you are eligible for by just putting in your area code and phone number to get an immediate verification of the rate you are eligible for.
CTS offers two different plans:
To check the domestic CTS 3.0 plan:
To compare the international rates between the CTS 3.0 and CTS 3.9 plan:
To check the international CTS 3.9 plan:

You have selected the company called AllCom.
There are two main types of service that AllCom offers:
Note that you can sign up for switched services and then request that you also have access to the ByPass service. You would do this primarily if you are in a state that has a high intrastate rate or to a country that has a high international rate. You then can choose to use direct dial or the 800 number access, depending on what would give you the lowest call charge.
You can sign up directly on line for either Switched or ByPass service, and for accuracy, this is the preferred method of signing up for service. However, if you don't feel comfortable signing up on line, you have two additional choices:
Call 1-866-821-9302 and an AllCom customer service representative will take down your phone number and all the other account setup information for changing your service. They may ask you for our agency number, and this is N2078. The only disadvantage of calling the 866-821-9302 number is that as AllCom has 10 different rate plans, the "order taker" person at AllCom would not know the particular plan you have been quoted from our agency, but by giving our agency number (C2078) to the order taker, you will get the plan as described. As an authorized agent of AllCom, out of the 10 rate plans that AllCom offers, we have chosen to offer AllCom's lowest rate plan that they have available. AllCom only accepts new orders from independent agents as independent agents have been found to better serve the customer wanting to switch long distance services, i.e., you can't directly sign up at AllCom's web site, only through independent agents. Before calling AllCom's customer service representative, you're welcome to call our agency, CTS, Incorporated of Virginia, at 1-800-267-8276 if you have any questions (Mon-Sat: 9am-11pm; Sun: 1pm-11pm Eastern Standard Time).
Download our paper forms, print out the form, then fax (or mail) the form back to us.

The NOR B plan is a special rate plan for only the 13 states with rates on the intrastate rate table. If your state has a "N/A", then the NOR B plan is not available. ACC; Company name: Accxx Long Distance: valid in 99% of all areas of the contiguous 48 states. No monthly fee no matter how little long distance you use. It has on-line signup.
ALL; Company name: AllCom: valid in 99% of all areas of the contiguous 48 states. AllCom, founded in 1991, is a strong company that is debt free. It offers a broad range of telecommunications services to thousands of business and residential customers. You can switch your current long distance service to direct dial 1+ outbound and also obtain an 800 (toll-free) inbound service. No monthly charge for the toll-free number. Another option you can choose is its "ByPass" plan where you don't have to switch your long distance service. You can keep your existing long distance provider and dial a toll-free number to connect to the number you want to call. This is especially good if you already have a good interstate rate with another carrier, but that carrier's intrastate rate is high. Using the ByPass could get a significant discount on your in-state calls. After setting up the "ByPass" option, you can also switch over to the direct dial option anytime you want. The ByPass lets you also "try" out the service for quality and reliability prior to actually switching your service. All plans have on-line signup, or if you don't want to sign up on-line, you can call a toll-free number to have someone process your request for service.
RSL;Company name: RSLCOM: valid in virtually of all areas of the contiguous 48 states. No monthly fee no matter how little long distance you use. Requires a single page (simple) form to apply for service. Additional details and form are available by clicking on the RSL 4.5 rate in the table below.
