COSTAR Medical Records and Billing System

COSTAR is a public domain system developed over the last 20 years at a cost of approximately $7 million. It's main design objective is to provide a complete computerized medical records system.  Many additional modules have been added since the original design of the COSTAR system. Information, support, integration, and additional customization and new module development is available from consultants; CTS is such a consultant.

The following modules are standard in the public domain system:
