This is the Ocean, Bahamas, and Tropical Books Library book collection. Note the color picture behind the library -- this is a color picture my Dad took off of the reef just west of the north end of Elbow Cay. All recipes are integrated with sketches in and around the written text of each recipe. "Maverick" is a small windjammer (14 person) and the recipes are from the fare (food) that is served on board the ship. Neat recipes -- I've tried many with great results. 53 pages.
